All Stars

The ASPC/AMHR/ASPR All-Star high point awards recognize the most outstanding and successful show horses and ponies in competition each year. Points are awarded in approved All-Star classes on the basis of placing and the show's classification.

Achieving All Star status is an event to be celebrated.  You can request your All-Star Certificate in the mail to commemorate your achievement.  Forms MUST be submitted prior to February 28th.

Top Ten ratings in the same categories as the All-Stars are also compiled.

All-Star points are credited for all approved classified shows, providing official results are received on or before December 31st of that calendar year. (Show results must be received in the National Office within 30 days after completion of the show).

All combined (group) classes and those where Over and Under horses or ponies may be shown together will receive only one Championship award in the All-Stars. (i.e., multiple hitch, produce of dam, get of sire, etc.)

All-Star points shall be awarded to all approved ASPC/AMHR/ASPR/NSPPR classes.

The AMHR National Show and the ASPC/ASPR Congress are always an "A" show and shall award five times the All-Star points.

The National Area Shows are always "A" rated shows and shall award triple All-Star points.

A sanctioned ASPC/AMHR/ASPR triple point Fair Show shall be awarded one set of triple All Star points.

This will be awarded to one State or Local Fair per year with the State Fair given priority. The Fair Required Class list is available from the National Office upon request. Refer to Show Management section of the Rulebook for more regarding Specialty Show application procedure.

In order for All-Star points to count for a Shetland, Miniature horse, Show Pony or National Sport Performance Pony, the owner of the animal must be a current member of the American Shetland Pony Club, Inc. In classes where the points are counted for the exhibitor (Example: Youth Sportsmanship), the person receiving the points must be a current member of the American Shetland Pony Club, Inc.

Canadian & International All Star Awards
