ASPC/AMHR Stallion Sweepstakes Programs
The Sweepstakes is a unique program designed to promote ASPC Classic stallions and their offspring. Most participating stallions are not available to outside mares—except through this exclusive opportunity.
Stallion Nomination Fee: $200

With this nomination, the stallion owner or manager may:
- Designate one mare to be bred to the stallion.
-Offer a second breeding to the stallion for auction in an online bidding event—meaning the stallion must be made available for an outside mare.
-Bid on their own stallion’s breeding if desired. Doing so allows the owner to produce two eligible foals for the following year’s ASPC Classic Sweepstakes Class.

Payout Structure:
-All funds raised (minus a 5% administrative fee) go into a prize pot.
-Payouts are awarded at the Shetland Congress as follows:
-Top 10 placing foals in the Sweepstakes Class
-Top 3 placing stallion owners
Payouts can be substantial, depending on the number of stallions nominated and the strength of the auction bidding. Don’t miss this exciting chance to spotlight your stallion and earn major rewards!
